If you’ve ever forgotten a password to login somewhere online, I’m sure you know what I mean. I’ve personally done this dozens of times, and have even given up the attempt to login once frustration levels rose.

To prevent such an occurrence from happening, we’ve developed the Mequoda Password Manager WordPress plug-in, which is offered to Mequoda Gold Member clients.

The Mequoda Password Manager plug-in works more effectively than the standard WordPress process. Here is a rundown of it:

-First, the user clicks the “lost password” button
-Then the user enters his or her email address
-The user then receives an email with a link
-From this link, the user goes to a page where a new password can be created
-After adding that information, the user is logged in and their password is set to the new one chosen.

Can your audience members login more efficiently when they forget their password? If not, contact Kim Mateus via email or by phone at 401-293-0401 for consulting options so you can obtain our Mequoda Password Manager plug-in.
