Executive Council Update: New Initiatives and Developments at Mequoda

The past year has definitely been a time of development at Mequoda.  We have been working on new technology, new Haven components, and new marketing initiatives.

We introduced you to the Six Sigma program, and this was the focus of our annual Summit in October.

We rolled out the Haven Prospect Onboarder. This plugin allows a large number of users to be added to a Haven site—without uploading data to directly to Haven. Users are only added to Haven after they have opened an email and been set to confirmed.

We also now have the Haven Post Data Exporter that will make scheduling your editorial calendar and managing your Blockbuster posts much easier!

We have updated many of our scorecards and best practices and have shared that information with you throughout the year.  Among those were the Blockbuster, Library Preview and RCLP scorecards, along with the Confirmation Series emails.

Throughout the rest of 2018 we will continue to share with you the new initiatives that we have undertaken and the ways that they can help your site and your business.  These include:

  • Email Capture ID Tracking
  • Haven Abandon Recovery Collector
  • Haven Engage
  • Haven Advanced Metered Paywall Manager

These are the enhancements that we will continue to develop in 2019, along with others to come, so stay tuned! If you have any questions, please connect with your Technology Support Director, Christy Page at christy@mequoda.com.
