The Job

Our growing GTMedia division, located steps from Grand Central Station in New York City, is seeking an eCommerce Director to work with our fantastic Direct Response Television team: Billy Blanks (Tae Bo), The FIRM and others.

The qualified candidate will be: proactive, passionate about what they do for a living and full of positive energy to bring to the party. One who can take great satisfaction from our mission of making the world a better place. The creatives think you’re too analytical. The numbers people think you’re too creative. You know they’re both right.

Required experience:

  • Five years experience managing the core ecommerce functions for a direct-marketing company or e-tailer—total revenues under responsibility must exceed $20 million.
  • Ability to conceive of campaigns from pillar-to-post: concept, creative, execution, analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and nurture pay-per-click search engine marketing, email database marketing, affiliate programs, website merchandizing.
  • Experience directing the creation of new websites.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new sources of business when the current ones mature.
