Popular Mechanics is getting a new publisher to help it integrate print, digital, and tablet versions. minOnline reports that Cameron Connors has been named as the new publisher of Popular Mechanics. He starts on March 20th.

Popular Mechanics is getting a new publisher to help it integrate print, digital, and tablet versions. minOnline reports that Cameron Connors has been named as the new publisher of Popular Mechanics. He starts on March 20th.

Steve Cohn writes, “Earlier in his career, Connors was Hearst Digital Media director of marketing services (2008-2010) and Condé Nast Media Group digital creative services director, which culminated his 2003-2008 tenure under then-CNMG president Richard Beckman.” Connors was also the managing director of The Studio. Cohn adds, “he and his award-winning, 40-person digital creative team grew strategic, high-yield business relationships with technology, automotive and luxury brands.”
