Virgo Publishing Acquired by Informa

U.K.-based producer and publisher Informa has acquired Arizona-based Virgo Publishing. The move gives Informa its first purchase in the U.S. media market, Folio: reports. Virgo is a a b2b company with nine websites, six magazines, and six events.

U.K.-based producer and publisher Informa has acquired Arizona-based Virgo Publishing.

The move gives Informa its first purchase in the U.S. media market, Folio: reports. Virgo is a a b2b company with nine websites, six magazines, and six events.

“The publishing, media, and marketing services of Virgo will continue to be a key part of the portfolio, Virgo CEO John Siefert tells Folio:. “We will be analyzing how some of the unique programming – like our Business Value Toolbox, Immersion Centers, Digital Summits, and more – can be aligned with the brands behind Informa Group.”

No terms were released, and Virgo, which was previously owned by Arlington Capital, has said that there will be no personnel changes.
