The Economist is making more moves, and this time it’s bringing a new app for iPhones and Android devices.

Espresso, the new app from The Economist, is “Delivered to your smartphone or inbox before breakfast, it tells you what’s on the global agenda in the coming day, what to look out for in business, finance and politics and, most important, what to make of it,” according to an article from Talking New Media that’s covering the launch.

This app is a daily edition, and it’s available to all current subscribers to The Economist. For non-subscribers, the app can be purchased in the App Store or Google Play. New subscribers get the first month for free, then it costs $3.99 per month after the free trial.

The content is also said to be more “finishable”, allowing the complete package of story and image to be read in full without having to click on additional links.
