Northstar Travel Media Buys Travel Weekly Asia

The b-to-b media company Northstar Travel Media added to its portfolio with the purchase of several brands from Contineo Media.

The b-to-b media company Northstar Travel Media added to its portfolio with the purchase of several brands from Contineo Media.

Bill Mickey from Folio writes, “included in the deal are Travel Weekly Asia, Travel Weekly China and Events China. Travel Weekly China has a circulation of 12,000 while its newsletter, along with Travel Weekly Asia, are delivered to 42,000 subscribers. The Events China brand includes print, e-book and event assets.”

This is Northstar’s first time expanding into international markets. Mickey also added that the deal was under 5 million dollars. Read the full article on Folio.
