Vine For Digital Publishing

Vine sees a lot of activity on its site. The six-second video app has seen over one billion loops, and is making changes to its functionality so digital publishers and brands can get more involved.

Do you think a reel of six-second videos fit your digital publishing company? It may not be for everyone, but creating and distributing content via Vine might be a good idea for some companies with a relaxed, fun, or exciting quality to content.

Recently Vine received some press from journalism.co.uk on the changes it has made. Some of these changes include:

  • A new camera feature for easier filming and editing.
  • An “instant undo” option to quickly delete or edit.
  • The opportunity to work on up to 10 vines at once.
  • A “richer web experience”, making it easier to for users to search for content or people.
